A great deal of flexibility is offered for writers who wish to create material for a diverse audience of college students and, or to specialize in a certain area. Volunteers are all asked to be writers and site contributors. |

| Marketing a site such as Lambda 10 Project takes energy, time and knowledge of business relationships when it comes to selling advertising space. This volunteer(s) will work hand in hand to promote the advertising opportunities with the Lambda 10 Project and schedule space accordingly. |

This volunteer(s) will work to develop special web features, write coding and create layout for future content from existing templates. |

| GLBTQ and Ally student leaders in Greek Life need a variety of tools to help them educate and create inclusive environments within their fraternities and sororities, which is the primary goal of the Lambda 10 Project. Content Planning Assistants work to identify what those needs are, when they should be featured on the L10 web site, and help to find students and others to share their expertise in these areas. |

There are financial costs associated with maintaining and expanding the Lambda 10 Project. Development Assistants work to identify fundraising opportunities that will help pay for and improve the Lambda 10 Project site.
